1. Raw Material

Once dried, the coir pith is fed into compression machines. We produce briquettes (325 gms, 375 gms, 500 gms, 650 gms), 5kg blocks, and compact grow slabs, ensuring maximum efficiency for growers.

2. Crushing

Our advanced Coir Beater machine processes raw coconut husks, breaking them down to extract high-quality coir fiber using a specialized beating mechanism.

3. Washing & Extra Washing

In our washing bunkers, we reduce the natural salt content of the coir pith. Our unique sprinkling system ensures extensive washing over several weeks to meet precise EC and pH values as per RHP standards.

4. Drying

The washed coir pith is sun-dried naturally in expansive cement yards. To eliminate weeds and harmful pathogens, it is further processed through our advanced drying machines.
